Processing Time

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom and OEM orders follow the lead time agreed in your proforma invoice.

Shipping Methods

Express courier for samples and small parcels
Air freight for time-sensitive mid-volume orders
Sea freight (FCL and LCL) for bulk orders

Duties and Taxes

Unless agreed otherwise, prices are quoted EXW or FOB. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
