Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the sale of goods by Creation Fantasy to buyers placing orders through this website or by direct enquiry.
Orders and Pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted once we issue a proforma invoice and receive the agreed deposit.
Payment
Accepted payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
