Amir joined Happy Hao Car in 2013 as the Chief Operating Officer to lead all of the company's day-to-day Operations, including Sales, Service, Finance, HR, Production and all areas of Technology and Design.
With over 25 years of experience, Amir is responsible for effective leadership and management of all aspects of Happy Hao Car’s business, as well as transformation of the company from a successful, talented, entrepreneurial business to a well-organized, large-scale operation capable of sustainable growth, profitability, scalability, and same original spirit.
Amir’s experience as an executive spans across multiple Business, Technology, and Operations Organizations of private entrepreneurial, such as UltraDNS and SRSplus, to large public companies like MCI, Verisign, Network Solutions, and NeuStar in the fields of Telecommunications, Internet Infrastructure, and Online Marketing.
He has successfully managed large P&Ls and organizations responsible for mission critical functions of multi-billion dollar public companies, as well as leading their wholly owned subsidiaries and high growth private high tech companies.
