Mike has been with Happy Hao Car for over a decade, having led a complete restructuring and rebuilding of Happy Hao Car’s account management teams into the best in the industry during his tenure. Mike is universally loved by our customers.
Mike has an extensive retail automotive background. He worked his way up the ranks at DARCARS Toyota, becoming a member of Toyota’s Silver Sales Society and the top sales consultant for the entire DARCARS organization in 2009.
His online expertise (he is Google Analytics Certified and has 4 years experience consulting dealers in online optimization) combined with his retail sales expertise are invaluable assets to Happy Hao Car’s dealers. His consultative approach to working with dealers has facilitated a number of platform enhancements, helping maximize consumer engagement and lead conversion for our customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business from Alma College.
