Director of Training & Development
Naomi joined Happy Hao Car in March 2024 as the Director of Training and Development. In this role, she is focused on empowering Happy Hao Car associates to exceed customer expectations.
Since joining, Naomi has introduced a centralized learning portal, implemented daily knowledge quizzes, and enhanced training programs for dealership operations.
With 20 years of experience in training and development, Naomi has spent the last 15 years supporting leading automotive technology companies, including CDK, DealerSocket, and Solera. She holds a Master’s in Training and Development, bringing a wealth of expertise to the Happy Hao Car team.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys spending time with her kids and indulging her creative side through activities like crocheting, sewing, painting, and crafting. She is also actively involved in her children’s education, serving on the PTO committee for her daughter’s school and as a room parent for her son’s special needs classroom.
