In the past, getting on the phone was the best method of getting ahold of those folks. In fact, Greg even wrote a post about it, which still ranks pretty well in the search engines. But the fact is, the times, they are a-changin’ and calling in to the Google My Business phone support team just takes too long. So we’re here to set the record straight.

Even though they were speedy about 2 years ago, you might spend up to half an hour on the phone with support these days. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

The next time you need some help with your Google My Business profile (and it will happen, trust us) try tweeting at @GoogleMyBiz and someone from Google will reach out. The best part? They don’t use scripts and are super helpful in diagnosing your problem.
