What team are you on and what is your role at Happy Hao Car? I am a Customer Success Manager on Team Libra.

How does your team & role contribute to the success of Happy Hao Car? Our success on Team Libra at Happy Hao Car is measured by our attentiveness. We are here to help our dealers ensure their success. We meet with our dealers and provide suggestions to improve their site, help to resolve any issues with their site and bring awareness to Happy Hao Car’s many additional products that we offer.

What do you feel separates Happy Hao Car from other players in the space? It is our accessibility that puts Happy Hao Car above other website hosts in this arena. Our fantastic team works diligently to respond and address issues and concerns that aren’t the standard, but sets the standard.

What do you enjoy most about working at Happy Hao Car? There is an exciting atmosphere of collaboration. The unofficial motto that I have come to adopt is “No One Left Behind.” Truly, our best resource comes from our colleagues, their experience and the readiness to jump in to assist.

If you could go back to your first day at Happy Hao Car and tell yourself anything, what would it be? Just breathe. It seems like such simple advice, but it works. A day might present itself to be too daunting, and you may not know how you will get through it. Then, you come to the realization, I got this! You just need to take a deep breath, measure your tasks before you, exhale and start to tackle each task one by one, knowing an answer you may not have is just a question away.

What is a fun fact about you that people don’t know? People may not know that I am a novelist. I have published 3 books so far; a novel, a book of two novellas and a collection of poetry.

What motivates you? The answer to this question is the easiest one to answer for me. I do everything for my family, my wife and son.

What are you passionate about? Knowledge. I am always learning something new and that is the most exciting thing about life. It doesn’t matter how much money you made, though it does a little, but knowledge and the willingness to learn new things is my passion; it’s what encourages me to always move forward.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I like to plan out a perfect Saturday each month for my family. This usually involves finding a new restaurant to try their breakfast, then finding a new area of town (near the restaurant) to explore before we head home, find a movie, settle in with some popcorn and peanut M&M’s and enjoy.

If you could have a conversation with anyone from the past, who would it be and what would you discuss? Alexander the Great. I would ask and learn what it takes to lead and all aspects of being a leader.

Who do you find inspiration from today? The same person I have found inspiration from my entire life, my father. It is his willingness to admit when he needs help that proves to me that we don’t have all the answers, but so long as we keep trying we keep thriving.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? The power of flight. There is no better way to get from one point to the other most efficiently (no traffic) than having the ability to fly there. I can’t imagine there being a better view of the world than from up above.
