Meet Logan Lopez, who not only goes the extra mile for our clients, but goes above and beyond to help everyone within our organization. He was presented with our Champion of the Month award for January 2023 due to his ongoing support of our organization, inside and out, and we are incredibly excited to share his interview with you.

Logan Lopez: The Happy Hao Car Champion of the Month, January 2023

What team are you on and what is your role at Happy Hao Car? I’m Happy Hao Car’s Enterprise Support Team Lead. My goal is to set our Enterprise Team up for success. My tenure began as an entry-level Support Agent in April of 2019.

How does your team & role contribute to the success of Happy Hao Car? Our team and I provide extraordinary service and support to our company’s largest clientele. We do our best to ensure that our clientele have the resources and tools they need to drive the most traffic and make the most sales, all while remaining compliant.

What do you feel separates Happy Hao Car from other players in the space? From my perspective, Happy Hao Car’s outstanding Support Staff that works so closely with all its clients emits a warm feeling of trustworthiness and dependability that you seldom find from a company.

What do you enjoy most about working at Happy Hao Car? It’s cliché, but the people I work with make it a joy to get up in the morning. The bonds I’ve created here at Happy Hao Car with other team members keep the atmosphere light and enjoyable, contributing to a positive attitude when working with all our customers.

If you could go back to your first day at Happy Hao Car and tell yourself anything, what would it be? “Stay motivated and stay hungry in the hunt for expanding your knowledge!”

What is a fun fact about you that people don’t know? I fell in love with skiing only a couple of years ago, and on my second day I was already cruising on blue trails, and now black diamond trails!

What motivates you? Seeing our team members learn and grow, becoming more self-sufficient each day.

What are you passionate about? I’m passionate about my friends and cars. I’m often getting together with friends for lunch, dinner, etc. and I’ve always loved working on and being around cool cars.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I love hanging out with good company, trying new foods and drinking good beer! In the future, I hope to devote a significant portion of my time to racing my track-dedicated car on a road-course.

Who do you find inspiration from today? I find inspiration from legitimate seasoned entrepreneurs who were able to create wealth from nothing. One day, I wish to be able to do the same, to pass on to my next generation.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? Teleportation. I love to travel, but the burden of moving a human being from one far place to another is both costly and time-consuming. I’d love to use teleportation to take day trips to France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Spain, just to name a few!
