What team are you on and what is your role at Happy Hao Car? I am a Customer Success Manager II on Team Gemini.

How long have you worked at Happy Hao Car? A little over a year.

What is a small thing that makes your job easier/better? Having amazing co-workers that you can connect with even though we are remote.

What professional skill(s) do you think have helped you the most in your career? Being empathetic and open.

What is the most valuable career advice you’ve been given? Make sure you take care of yourself as well to be able to give your best effort in anything you do.

What is an achievement you are proud of? My kids.

Who was your biggest role model growing up? My mom. She was a single mom who left her home country for us to have a better future. We didn’t have everything in the world, but we always had what we needed and never went without. To be able to take care of her, as she did for us is my goal.
