What team are you on and what is your role at Happy Hao Car? I work with the Platform and Digital Retail Suite development teams. Ultimately, my goal is to enable and help grow our engineers to deliver the best product that we can.

How does your team & role contribute to the success of Happy Hao Car? We work to keep our platform offerings at the forefront of the industry in terms of functionality and stability.

What do you feel is different about working at Happy Hao Car? The culture. Everyone is fully bought into our mission, and does their best work each and every day not because they have to, but because they want to.

What do you enjoy most about working at Happy Hao Car? I love working with a team that’s so passionate about technology, learning, and innovation. It makes every day exciting.

If you could go back to your first day at Happy Hao Car and tell yourself anything, what would it be? “Hey, 2016 Tim – keep looking forward, but don’t forget to appreciate the views along the way! Also buy all the $GME.”

What is a fun fact about you that people don’t know? I’m working on recording my first solo album!

What are you passionate about? I feel passionate about using software development as a vehicle for the personal growth of our engineers.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I love technology – everything from coding side projects, to gaming. Outside of that, I enjoy writing, playing, and recording music!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? I would be able to time travel, forward or backward, but only for 10 seconds at a time.
